The hospital's presence has significantly reduced the need for residents to travel over 80 kilometers to access multispecialty medical care in larger cities like Calicut and Coimbatore.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Quality Coordinator based in Nilambur. The Quality Coordinator will oversee the hospital's quality management processes to ensure exceptional patient care and accreditation compliance. Responsibilities include developing and implementing quality control plans, conducting audits, analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Collaboration with medical, administrative, and support staff will be integral to enhancing operational excellence and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, process improvement, and compliance standards
• Experience in data collection, analysis, and report generation
• Ability to conduct audits and recommend actionable improvements
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience in the healthcare sector or hospital management preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Quality Assurance, or a related field is required
• Certification in quality control or process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma) is an advantage
