About the Company

We are a rapidly growing dental materials startup engaged in the manufacturing, trading, and export of premium-quality dental consumables and equipment. Our product portfolio includes acrylic teeth & denture bases, waxes, sodium alginate, silicone-based impression materials, dental cements, endodontic medicament's, and dental plasters.

We are driven by innovation, quality, and clinical reliability — and are now looking for a passionate Quality Control Executive to join our team and support our vision of delivering world-class dental solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Inspection & Testing

• Conduct quality inspections at all stages of production – Raw Materials, In-Process (Semi-Finished), and Finished Products.
• Perform dispatch audits to ensure product compliance before shipment.
• Execute physical and chemical testing to verify quality standards, including but not limited to:
• pH measurement
• Viscosity
• Mesh size
• Density
• Other relevant physical/chemical parameters

Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare, maintain, and update inspection reports, test records, and documentation in compliance with ISO 13485 and other regulatory standards.
• Support internal and external audits by ensuring traceability and accuracy of QC data.

Instrumentation & Process Control

• Oversee calibration, maintenance, and validation of laboratory instruments and testing equipment.
• Continuously monitor, review, and improve quality control methods to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and product consistency.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify process gaps, propose corrective/preventive actions, and collaborate with production and R&D teams to implement solutions.
• Contribute to the development of SOPs, quality manuals, and inspection protocols.

Required Qualifications

• M.Sc. in Applied/Organic Chemistry (First Division).

Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in Quality Control / Laboratory Testing in the Chemical, Pharma, or Dental Materials industry.
• Freshers with strong fundamentals and a keen interest in QC are encouraged to apply.

Desirable Skills & Attributes

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret test results and quality data.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
