Job Description

As a Quality Control In-charge at our company, your primary role will be to maintain and ensure product quality across all stages - from raw material inspection to manufacturing, packaging, shipping, and inventory management. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring robust Quality Control procedures to uphold certification standards such as ISO, UL, SASO, and CL, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Control procedures and standards across all processes, including raw material inspection, production, packaging, storage, shipping, and inventory management. - Oversee and manage the QC team, providing training and guidance to ensure consistent implementation of procedures. - Conduct regular inspections, audits, and tests at various stages to detect defects, non-conformities, or potential quality issues. - Enforce packaging and logistics processes for damage-free packaging and transportation, defining standards, supervising operations, and ensuring secure handling. - Monitor inventory quality to prevent deterioration, damage, or quality deviation during storage. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met at every stage. - Maintain accurate records of all QC activities and identify root causes of quality issues to drive continuous improvement. - Ensure compliance with relevant certification and regulatory standards, prepare for audits, and provide regular reports to senior management. - Train all relevant staff on quality expectations, correct handling methods, and compliance importance. **Qualifications & Experience:** - Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance, preferably in industries dealing with metal, glass, paints, or similar materials. - Proven track record of handling QC across various processes and exposure to certification agencies or standards. - Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, inspection protocols, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action processes. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with attention to detail. - Desired skills include experience in metal fabrication, glass manufacturing, coatings/paints, knowledge of packaging standards, logistics, and shipping processes.
