We are a leading honey processing company specializing in natural, organic, and specialty honey products. With over 200 product variants , including infused honeys, medicinal blends, and gourmet selections, we are committed to offering health-conscious, high-quality products to our growing customer base. We are now looking for a Store Manager to lead the operations of store department with the following key responsibilities :- Manage the receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods in accordance with company standards. Maintain accurate inventory records for over 200 honey product variants, ensuring batch traceability and FIFO/FEFO principles. Coordinate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials for processing and dispatch. Ensure that storage conditions (temperature, cleanliness, pest control, etc.) meet food safety and regulatory requirements. Oversee GRN (Goods Receipt Note) preparation and documentation for incoming materials. Conduct stock audits , physical verification, and reconciliation of inventory at regular intervals. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment of materials. Manage the dispatch of finished goods, ensuring proper documentation and timely shipment to distribution centers or customers. Implement and maintain 5S, Kaizen, and GMP practices within the store area.
