1. Conduct daily quality checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
2. Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
3. Document and maintain inspection reports, test results, and deviations.
4. Support in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues.
5. Coordinate with production and R&D teams to resolve quality concerns.
6. Ensure calibration and proper use of testing instruments.
7. Assist in preparing quality-related reports for management review.
1. Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology / Bio-Technology.
2. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in QC (manufacturing/FMCG/pharma/food industry – as applicable).
3. Knowledge of quality standards, GMP, and regulatory compliance.
4. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
5. Good communication and documentation skills.
