Quality Control Executive

Your role involves conducting regular inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products using various tools and equipment. You will be responsible for recording and analyzing test results to provide detailed reports. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. - Review and update quality control procedures and documentation as necessary. - Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols to prevent defects and ensure consistency. You will be required to identify quality issues, investigate their root causes, and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and improvements. Maintaining accurate records of non-conformances and corrective actions taken will also be part of your responsibilities. In terms of documentation, you will prepare detailed reports on quality inspections, test results, and non-conformance incidents. Additionally, maintaining and organizing quality control records and documentation for audits and reviews will be crucial. Your feedback and recommendations for enhancing quality control processes will be valuable. You will assist in training production staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of quality within the team will be essential. Compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations during inspections and testing is mandatory. It is important to stay updated on industry trends, standards, and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance. Qualifications: - Postgraduate degree in Food Science & Technology or a related field is preferred. - Experience of 2 to 3 years is preferred.
