Quality Assurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, document, and track software defects and ensure resolution. 
• Follow established test plans, strategies, and standards to ensure comprehensive testing coverage. 
• Execute functional, regression, performance, and integration testing. 
• Work closely with development and business teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on test coverage. 
• Prepare and maintain detailed testing documentation, including test cases, reports, and metrics. 
• Collaborate with senior QA engineers to execute and manage automated tests for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. 
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate tools and Framework (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress etc.) 
• Continuously improve test automation strategies and contribute to process improvements within the QA team. 
• Stay updated with new testing technologies and best practices to enhance the automation framework 

Education and Certification:

• Bachelor's degree in science, Computer Science, or any related field. 

• ISTQB

  Certification preferred. 

Experience:

• Minimum of 3+ Years of Manual testing (

  Preferred: Testing experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Applications

  ). 

Technical Skills:

• Basic understanding of testing methodologies 
• Familiarity with web-based application testing using tools like Selenium or similar. 
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# for automation scripting. 
• Understanding of SQL and ability to write basic queries for data validation. 
• Familiarity with basic reporting and analytics tools such as Excel.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 
• Strong communication and presentation abilities. 
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic environments
