Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at OUTCARE MEDICAL DEVICES PVT LTD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and enhance overall product quality.
Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize quality control measures.
Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and inform decision-making.
Ensure all products meet regulatory requirements and customer expectations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, biology, or chemistry.
Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in the medical devices industry.
Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is an asset.
