Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager located in Nashik. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes, conducting audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and implementing quality management systems. The manager will work closely with the production and engineering teams to identify defects, develop corrective actions, and improve overall product quality. This role also involves preparing quality documentation and reports, training staff on quality procedures, and ensuring customer satisfaction through consistent product excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control processes and audits
• Strong understanding of industry standards and compliance
• Experience in implementing and managing quality management systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and team collaboration abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
• Ability to work on-site in Nashik
• Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus
