Key Responsibilities: Generate new business leads and opportunities through strategic outreach and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Develop and execute creative and effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Collaborate with internal teams to support project execution and client satisfaction. Track KPIs, report progress, and identify areas for improvement. Adapt to the company culture while guiding and mentoring other teams in business development initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, preferably in virtual assistant agencies, remote services, or similar client-support companies. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and think strategically. Creative and analytical mindset with the ability to develop actionable strategies. Comfortable working in a hybrid or remote environment and collaborating across teams.
