Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment using ATS and Zoho Recruit.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit.
Maintain accurate candidate records and a healthy pipeline.
Collaborate with department heads to understand role requirements.
Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates quickly.
Track recruitment metrics and generate reports to optimize the hiring process.

Requirements

Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
1+ year of hands-on experience with Zoho Recruit (preferred).
Experience managing
quick-hire/urgent recruitment processes
under tight deadlines.
Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently in a
fast-paced, remote environment
