Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client discovery and delivery update calls.
• Prepare agendas, take Minutes of Meeting (MOMs), and track action items.
• Gather and clarify client requirements, even when details are unclear.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams.
• Support preparation of pitch decks, business plans, and financial projections.
• Use collaboration tools (Docs, Sheets, Notion, Asana, Trello, Zoho) for documentation and tracking.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to ask probing questions and clearly summarize requirements.
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Comfortable using basic online tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• Candidates with up to 1 year to 3 years of experience are welcome.
• Positive attitude and ability to adapt to new tasks.
