Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads and opportunities through strategic outreach and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute creative and effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support project execution and client satisfaction.
• Track KPIs, report progress, and identify areas for improvement.
• Adapt to the company culture while guiding and mentoring other teams in business development initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, preferably in virtual assistant agencies, remote services, or similar client-support companies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and think strategically.
• Creative and analytical mindset with the ability to develop actionable strategies.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid or remote environment and collaborating across teams.
