As a Business Growth Strategist, you will play a crucial role in our team by leveraging your passion and drive to excel in ideation, pitching, and fostering meaningful connections with brands. Your responsibilities will involve contacting potential clients through calls and email marketing, maintaining and expanding relationships with brands, researching new business development opportunities, creating and documenting proposals, and presenting creative ideas tailored to brand requirements. The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be fluent in English and Hindi, and demonstrate strong client communication abilities as a must-have. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required, along with prior sales experience (on-field or off-field) considered as a valuable asset. Additionally, agency experience would be advantageous in this position.
