As a Business Growth Strategist, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and expansion. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and developing effective strategies for market penetration. This role demands a proactive individual with exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. You will be tasked with conducting market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and emerging markets. It will be your responsibility to build and maintain a pipeline of new business prospects through methods such as cold calling, emailing, and direct meetings. Client acquisition and relationship building will be key aspects of your role. You will be expected to generate new business leads, set up meetings with potential clients, and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers to close deals and secure partnerships. In addition, you will need to prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and business cases to showcase the value of the company's products or services to prospective clients. Collaboration with other marketing teams to achieve targets and contribute to the overall company growth will also be part of your responsibilities. You should be able to assist in developing market entry, expansion, and penetration strategies that align with company goals. To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent negotiation and presentation abilities, as well as market research and analytical skills. Being self-motivated, goal-oriented, and having a strong drive to succeed are essential qualities for this position. Educational qualifications required include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with the industry or sector in which the company operates, especially in the B2B market and Software Product/Service companies, is advantageous. The job type is Full-time, Permanent with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, paid time off, performance bonus, and yearly bonus.
