Quality Assurance Manager

Exciting Leadership Opportunity | Plant Quality Head | Indore (MP)

A leading Automotive OEM with a strong presence in the PV & CV segments is seeking a Plant Quality Head to drive the entire Quality function at their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility near Indore.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead the Quality function across Press Shop, Body Shop, Paint Shop, Assembly, Powertrain & EOL Testing

🔹 Build and mentor a high-performing Quality team and champion a Zero-Defect, First-Time-Right culture

🔹 Strengthen supplier quality and implement robust process controls

🔹 Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards & lead audits

🔹 Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Six Sigma, Kaizens, TPM)

🔹 Analyze quality KPIs, field failures & lead warranty reduction programs

Ideal Profile:

✔️ B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering (Master’s preferred)

✔️ 20+ years of total experience in Quality, preferably 12+ years in passenger / commercial vehicle manufacturing plant

✔️ Strong exposure to APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and supplier development

✔️ Proven track record in new product launches & customer quality improvement

📍 Location: Indore (Madhya Pradesh)
