Quality Assurance Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Quality Assurance Regulatory Audits and Compliances:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy for the Food CertificationDivision.- Ensure alignment with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.2. Certification Process Oversight:
- Oversee the certification process, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to establishedstandards.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and optimize certification procedures.3. Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay informed about changes in food safety regulations and standards.- Ensure the division's processes and documentation are in compliance with relevant regulatoryrequirements.4. Team Leadership:
- Provide strong leadership to the QA team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, andcontinuous improvement.- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.5. Client Interaction:
- Act as the technical discussions and support to the business team in matters related to quality assurance and certification processes.- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with independent and Impartial quality monitoring

6. Audits and Inspections:
- Plan and coordinate internal and external audits to assess the effectiveness of the qualitymanagement system.- Prepare for and manage regulatory inspections, ensuring a smooth and compliant process.7. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze data related to certification processes and identify trends, areas for improvement, andopportunities for efficiency gains.- Prepare regular reports for management and clients, highlighting key performance indicators.

8. Standards and Documentation:

In depth knowledge and experience of handling ISO 22000, ISO 17021, FSMS, FSSAI, QCI and other audits and also to maintain the Compliances

Experience- 6 - 10yrs in QA. (certification body)

CTC- No Bar for right candidate

Location - Kirti Nagar, New Delhi

Industry - Food Audits & Certification

Interview Process - First round VC but for Second round must be available for face to face Interview.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
