Paayas Milk Producer Company Limited, established on May 19, 2012, operates as a producer-owned cooperative under the Companies Act, 1956. The company empowers milk producers in Rajasthan by ensuring their participation in the organized dairy sector. With a membership base of nearly 90,000 milk producers in eight districts of Rajasthan, it collects more than 5 lakh liters of fresh raw milk daily from around 3,000 villages. By fostering a strong producer organization, Paayas supports the livelihood development of dairy farmers and demonstrates a commitment to improving the dairy industry in the region.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Quality Assurance Manager at Paayas Milk Producer Company Limited. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee the implementation and monitoring of quality control processes across the company's dairy production facilities. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with national food safety and quality standards, developing and maintaining quality assurance protocols, managing audits, training staff in quality practices, and collaborating with production teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in quality assurance practices, quality control processes, and understanding of national food safety regulations
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage audits, establish protocols, and train staff
• Experience working in dairy production or a related field, with knowledge of standard operating procedures and equipment
• Attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills to address quality-related challenges
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders
• Relevant experience in quality assurance or control, preferably in the food production or dairy industry
• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Dairy Science, Agriculture, or a related field
• Understanding of ISO or HACCP-based quality management systems is an advantage
