Lead and manage the QA team.
Ensure product quality meets company and regulatory standards.
Conduct quality audits and inspections.
Implement corrective actions and process improvements.
Handle customer feedback and quality-related issues.
Maintain quality documentation and reports.
Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP). Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science or related field.
5-7 years of experience in quality assurance (2-3 years in a managerial role).
Knowledge of QMS, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
Experience in printing/publishing industries.
Six Sigma/Lean certification.
