Quality Assurance Manager

As an experienced QA Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the Quality Assurance team to ensure high-quality software delivery for web and mobile applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive QA strategies, processes, and procedures for manual and automation testing. - Overseeing end-to-end manual testing to ensure functionality, usability, and performance meet business requirements. - Leading the design, development, and execution of automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align quality goals and understand project requirements. - Evaluating and selecting appropriate tools, frameworks, and technologies for automation and testing. - Supervising bug identification, documentation, and resolution for timely and accurate reporting. - Conducting post-release and post-implementation testing to validate software performance. - Managing QA metrics and KPIs to assess team performance, product quality, and testing efficiency. - Providing mentorship and leadership to QA team members for continuous learning and improvement. - Staying updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive continuous improvement in QA processes. - Preparing and presenting comprehensive QA reports and insights to stakeholders and senior management. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience in manual and automation testing. - Strong leadership and mentoring skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies and tools. - Experience with specific automation tools and frameworks. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
