Job Description

Role Overview: As a Quality Management Specialist at Yokogawa, you will play a crucial role in identifying, analyzing, and evaluating the effectiveness of current policies and business processes within the Quality Management System (QMS). Your responsibilities will include contributing to the design of the QMS, providing oversight in drafting new policies and procedures, and quantifying the costs and business benefits of change. You will also be involved in monitoring and reviewing performance against Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and taking actions to improve performance and resolve non-compliance issues.
