Position Details

Job Title : Quality Assurance Manager

Grade : Deputy Manager / Manager

Location : Hyderabad – Patancheru Plant

Qualification : B.Tech - Mechanical

Experience : 10+ years

• Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of the

  Quality Management System (QMS)

  in compliance with

  ISO 9001

  ,

  IATF 16949

  ,

  ISO 14001

  ,

  ISO 45001

  , and

  American Railroads AAR M 1003

  standards.
• Promote

  customer-specific requirements

  , conduct

  customer complaint analysis

  , and implement appropriate

  corrective and preventive actions

  across

  Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety systems

  .
• Assist in

  Risk Management activities

  , ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and corporate compliance frameworks.
• Lead and coordinate various

  audits

  , including

  PPAP

  ,

  Customer Audits

  ,

  Process Audits

  ,

  Product Audits

  , and

  System Audits

  .
• Handle

  Management Representative (MR) responsibilities

  , including reporting to senior management on QMS performance, conducting

  potential risk analyses

  , and driving

  continuous improvement initiatives

  .
• Actively contribute to

  Quality Control Circle (QCC)

  teams,

  Six Sigma projects

  ,

  ZED cluster programs

  , and represent the organization in

  external quality forums

  .

Skills required:

• Strong understanding of

  Manufacturing Process Concepts

  with hands-on exposure to quality and process improvement systems.

• Lead Auditor

  certified in

  ISO 9001:2015

  ,

  ISO 14001:2015

  , and

  ISO 45001:2018

  standards.

• Internal Auditor

  for

  IATF 16949:2016

  and

  AAR M 1003

  quality management systems.
• Proficient in

  Six Sigma methodologies

  , holding

  Advanced Green Belt

  and

  Black Belt

  certifications.
• Skilled in

  Statistical Quality Control (SQC)

  ,

  7 QC Tools

  , and

  Core Tools

  —

  APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA

• Expertise in

  Lean Manufacturing practices

  , including

  Value Stream Mapping (VSM)

  ,

  Single Minute Exchange of Dies (SMED)
