Full Time
Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in compliance with ISO standards.
Oversee inspection, testing, and validation of raw materials and finished goods.
Ensure compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and statutory requirements.
Lead internal and external audits, handle customer complaints, and drive corrective actions.
Train and guide the QA/QC team on quality procedures and best practices.
Collaborate with production, procurement, and maintenance departments to resolve quality issues.
Drive continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and defect reduction initiatives.
Prepare quality reports, documentation, and dashboards for management review.
Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Industrial Engineering.
Experience: 7-10 years in QA/QC, preferably in steel, tubes & pipes, or heavy engineering industry.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, API, ASME, and related quality standards.
Hands-on experience with NDT (Non-Destructive Testing), calibration, and inspection techniques.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
