Job Profile of Quality Assurance Manager · Qualification -Graduate /Diploma engineer · Work experience- with 5-8 years hands on experience in handling Quality Assurance of EPDM extrusion/Parts or Engineering components in an automobile company/ancillary · Should be well versed with IATF 16949:2016 system implementation and maintenance of system · Hands on experience in process control activities · Should be able to maintain discipline on the shop floor. · Hands on experience in root cause analysis and taking corrective action and leading the CFT team · Good communication skill, should feel at ease in communicating with the customer · Will be responsible for maintaining Zero defect supplies to customers. · Will be responsible for implementation and maintenance of 5 S activities · Will be responsible for daily report analysis, corrective actions and Quality MIS to management · Should have hands on experience in controlling the external and internal PPM by taking effective corrective action and monitoring of the same · Should have leadership qualities and be able to build team · Should have process-oriented approach and be able to improve /help improve process capabilities · Should be well versed with automobile OEM’s system requirement and approach. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
