Job Description

Astam Diagnostics is hiring for a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager, based in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan.Experience required - 4-6 years. Salary Upto 45K or can be stretched.company URL - www.astamdiagno.com KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ---- Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance standards and procedures. - Daily responsibilities include monitoring compliance with quality management systems, conducting audits, overseeing product testing, analyzing data to identify and resolve quality issues, and ensuring regulatory compliance. - Collaboration with cross-functional teams to sustain high-quality standards across production processes will also be a key aspect of the role.- Handling of all IVD licensing processing.

Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of Quality Assurance protocols, standards, and methodologies, including conducting audits and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving skills to identify quality issues and implement solutions effectively.
Experience with product testing procedures and quality control processes specific to In-Vitro Diagnostics manufacturing.
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills for managing teams and working collaboratively with other departments.
Educational qualifications in Quality Management, Biotechnology, or a related scientific/technical field. Professional certifications in Quality Assurance are an advantage.
Experience in the diagnostics or medical device industry is highly preferred.
