Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager – Medical Devices located in New Delhi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and driving sales growth. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to align on strategy, preparing sales reports, and participating in industry events and trade shows.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
• Knowledge of the medical devices industry, particularly In-Vitro Diagnostics
• Strong analytical skills, including market research and data analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Biotechnology, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Experience with project management and strategic planning
