Quality Assurance Manager

As a Manager QA & QC at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading our Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions to maintain world-class product standards. Your responsibilities will include: - **Strategy & Systems**: Developing, implementing, and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as ISO 9001 and Lean/Six Sigma. - **Leadership**: Leading, mentoring, and managing the quality team to foster a culture of continuous improvement. - **Process Improvement**: Analyzing quality data, identifying trends, implementing corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), and driving process efficiency. - **Compliance**: Ensuring adherence to legal, safety, and industry regulations. - **Auditing**: Conducting internal/external audits and overseeing supplier quality. - **Customer Focus**: Addressing customer complaints and feedback to enhance satisfaction. - **Reporting**: Creating reports for senior management on quality metrics and performance. Your qualifications and skills should include: - **Experience**: Proven experience in quality management, preferably in your industry. - **Technical Skills**: Knowledge of QMS, statistical analysis, root cause analysis, and relevant software. - **Soft Skills**: Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, analytical, and project management skills. - **Certifications Preferred**: Six Sigma, ISO lead auditor. To be eligible for this role, you should hold a B.E. Mechanical degree with 10-15 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control. The location for this position is in Nashik.
