Key Responsibilities:

quality checks

QA/QC procedures, checklists, and inspection plans

compliance with ISO, BIS, and client specifications

non-conformance reports (NCRs)

resolve quality issues

root cause analysis (RCA)

documentation, testing reports, and audit records

client inspections and third-party audits

quality awareness and standards

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of
furniture materials (wood, metal, laminates, fabrics, finishes, adhesives, etc.)
.
Familiarity with
quality tools (5S, Kaizen, 7QC tools, RCA, PDCA)
.
Understanding of
statutory compliance and safety requirements
in manufacturing.
Eye for detail with
analytical and problem-solving skills
.
Proficiency in
MS Office, QA software/tools
(AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage).
Good communication and team collaboration skills.
