Role Purpose:

To ensure consistent product quality through effective audits, automation, supplier management, skill enhancement, and production support — driving continuous improvement across QA and Production.

🔑 Key Result Areas & KPIs

Contract Manufacturers:

Audit contract manufacturers periodically to ensure 100% SOP adherence as per the agreed schedule and timeline.

Digitization & Automation:

Implement 100% automation as per plan and roll out new Style Tech Packs software.

Skill Enhancement:

Achieve 100% as per the Skill Development Plan for QA team members.

Supplier Dashboard & Cost-Quality Balance:

Achieve 100% supplier scoring for RM, Trims, and Garment Contractors, with a 10% reduction in QA-related rejection costs.

Cultural Integration:

Conduct 1 monthly cultural and workshop session to strengthen the QA team’s collaboration.

Production Support:

Reduce line stoppages by 50% through improved QA coordination.

Supplier Performance:

Reduce planned production quantity shortages by 10%.

NPD Readiness:

Achieve a minimum of 90% alignment between plan and launch.

Market Feedback & Trends:

Submit quarterly reports on existing products and emerging trends for better business alignment.
