Role Description As a Tool Room Incharge, you will oversee daily operations of the tool room, including maintenance, repair, and management of tools and dies. This full-time, on-site role is based in Chennai and involves supervising the team, planning operations, maintaining inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of tools to support production schedules. You will actively monitor and improve tool room processes to maintain efficiency and uphold quality standards. Qualifications Strong knowledge in Tool and Die Making, Tool Maintenance, and Tool Design Experience in Supervising Teams and Managing Tool Room Workflows Proficiency in Quality Control Practices and Inventory Management Technical skills including operational knowledge of CNC machines and other tool room equipment Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills for Handling Tool Room Challenges Ability to work in an on-site manufacturing environment and maintain adherence to safety standards Relevant diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or Tool and Die Making (preferred) Prior experience in the Aluminium extrusion or metal manufacturing industry is a plus
