Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Chennai. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving company goals. The Specialist will also conduct sales training sessions, analyze market trends, and proactively identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales, Sales Management, and identifying new business opportunities
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Experience in conducting Training related to sales and marketing
• Proven ability to analyze market trends and create targeted marketing strategies
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency with CRM and marketing tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors would be an added advantage
