Job Tittle : QA Lead (ITSM & Networking)

QA Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Leadership:
Design comprehensive test plans and lead manual/automated testing efforts.
Technical Execution:
Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing while validating networking protocols (TCP/IP, SNMP, DNS).
Integration:
Manage defect tracking (JIRA), perform Root Cause Analysis, and integrate automated scripts into CI/CD pipelines.
Compliance:
Ensure product alignment with ITIL/ITSM best practices.

Qualifications:

Expertise in
Manual & Automation testing
(Selenium, Python, or Java).
Strong understanding of
networking infrastructure
and log analysis.
Proficiency with SQL, APIs (Postman), and performance tools (JMeter).
Exceptional analytical skills and experience in stakeholder collaboration
