QA Lead

Work Location : Infopark, Kochi

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
• Experience in project management and QA methodology
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
• Analyzing users stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
• Collaborate closely with other team members and departments
• Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)
• Execute test cases and analyze results
• Proven written/verbal communication skills and ability to communication with global teams
• Proficiency in test management tools JIRA will be mandate.
• Knowledge in healthcare domain.

Experience Required

• 5-7 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in writing Test case and test plan
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
