Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QA Lead to join our dynamic and fast-paced team at Firebucks. In this role, you'll take ownership of end-to-end software quality across all product lines, with a strong focus on test automation, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead systematic testing efforts across product lines, from requirement reviews to release validations.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts, especially around sprint and backlog items.
• Write and execute functional test plans and generate detailed test reports.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to turn requirements into clear, actionable test cases.
• Identify and test system integrations and potential release impacts.
• Work directly with clients and represent the QA function with clarity and professionalism.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to a culture of quality and continuous learning.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Work on our internal AI product - Contribute to product improvement and roadmap. Support with client demos.
• Work on other internal AI projects.

Requirements:

• Experience working in Agile teams (SCRUM, Kanban).
• Proficient in writing test cases, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Passion for learning and improving QA processes and tools.
• Hands-on automation experience (Playwright with JavaScript preferred).
• Exposure to API testing and AWS/cloud-based environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing practices.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with clients.
