Responsibilities Lead systematic testing efforts across product lines, from requirement reviews to release validations. Design, develop, and maintain automation scriptsespecially around sprint and backlog items. Write and execute functional test plans and generate detailed test reports. Collaborate with product and development teams to turn requirements into clear, actionable test cases. Identify and test system integrations and potential release impacts. Work directly with clients and represent the QA function with clarity and professionalism. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to a culture of quality and continuous learning. Additional Responsibilities Work on our internal AI product, LumosAI - Contribute to product improvement and roadmap. Support with client demos. Work on other internal AI projects. Requirements Experience working in Agile teams (SCRUM, Kanban). Proficient in writing test cases, defect tracking, and reporting. Passion for learning and improving QA processes and tools. Hands-on automation experience (Playwright with JavaScript preferred). Exposure to API testing and AWS/cloud-based environments. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing practices. Responsibilities Provide daily support with resolution of escalated tickets and act as liaison to business and technical leads to ensure issues are resolved in timely manner. Incident resolution and supporting production system deployments. Suggest fixes to complex issues by doing a thorough analysis of root cause and impact of the defect.
