Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QA Lead to join our dynamic and fast-paced team at Firebucks. In this role, you'll take ownership of end-to-end software quality across all product lines, with a strong focus on test automation, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead systematic testing efforts across product lines, from requirement reviews to release validations.
Design, develop, and maintain automation scriptsespecially around sprint and backlog items.
Write and execute functional test plans and generate detailed test reports.
Collaborate with product and development teams to turn requirements into clear, actionable test cases.
Identify and test system integrations and potential release impacts.
Work directly with clients and represent the QA function with clarity and professionalism.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to a culture of quality and continuous learning.

Additional Responsibilities

Work on our internal AI product, LumosAI - Contribute to product improvement and roadmap. Support with client demos.
Work on other internal AI projects.

Requirements

Experience working in Agile teams (SCRUM, Kanban).
Proficient in writing test cases, defect tracking, and reporting.
Passion for learning and improving QA processes and tools.
Hands-on automation experience (Playwright with JavaScript preferred).
Exposure to API testing and AWS/cloud-based environments.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing practices.
Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with clients.
