Quality Assurance Lead

As a Lead QA at our company, you will be responsible for ensuring the best quality of our software projects through meticulous testing processes. Your role will involve designing, developing, and executing manual and automated test scripts for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects, and mentor junior QA team members. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage QA activities for web and mobile applications, from requirement analysis to final release. - Design, develop, and execute detailed use cases and test cases to validate software functionalities. - Identify and troubleshoot complex backend issues, including API and web services testing. - Collaborate with Agile teams, participating in SCRUM meetings, and serving as the QA representative to ensure high-quality standards. - Conduct manual testing with a focus on GPS tracking systems, BLE applications, and e-commerce platforms. - Mentor and guide a team of QA engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices in software testing. - Contribute to the development of test strategies and ensure the use of advanced testing tools and methodologies. **Job Requirements:** - Minimum of 8 years of experience in QA within the IT service industry. - Proven experience managing a QA team of at least 10 members. - In-depth knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle). - Hands-on experience with bug tracking and project management tools like JIRA and Zoho. - Familiarity with performance testing tools, such as JMeter, for stress and load testing. - Experience with automation testing frameworks like Cypress and Playwright is an advantage.
