Job Description

Job Summary The Quality Assurance Executive is responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance protocols and ensuring that all products or services meet organizational and regulatory standards. This role involves close coordination with production, operations, and compliance teams to monitor and improve quality performance. Key Responsibilities: Implement and maintain quality assurance standards and processes. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements (e.g., ISO, GMP, FDA). Investigate and resolve product quality issues and customer complaints. Maintain and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare and maintain quality documentation such as SOPs, QA reports, CAPAs, and deviation reports. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent quality across production and service lines. Participate in internal and external quality audits and regulatory inspections. Provide training to staff on quality standards and procedures. Ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) are implemented effectively and in a timely manner. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Life Sciences, Quality Management). 2–4 years of experience in a QA role, preferably in [industry, e.g., pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, software]. Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and standards such as ISO 9001, GMP, or equivalent. Experience with audit processes and regulatory compliance. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and QA software/tools. Key Skills: Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Time management and organizational skills.
