The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and maintaining employee relations in alignment with company policies. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional seeking a stable and growth-oriented role in the industrial sector. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding Maintain employee records and manage attendance/payroll coordination Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, and other statutory norms Implement HR policies and manage day-to-day employee queries Coordinate training, appraisals, and engagement activities Working Conditions: Office hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday Candidate Requirements: Graduate with 3–5 years of experience in HR roles Strong understanding HR operations. Proficiency in MS Office and HR softwares. Good communication and organisational skills
