About The Team And This Role

Responsibilities -

• Develop, execute, and maintain test cases and plans based on business requirements
• Perform functional, regression, usability, and exploratory testing for web and mobile applications
• Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA or similar tools
• Execute API testing using Postman and perform database validation with SQL
• Conduct load testing and cross-browser/responsive testing
• Verify bug fixes and validate deployments during release cycles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in Agile ceremonies
• Provide feedback on UI/UX, performance, and user experience.
• Maintain test documentation and improve QA processes
  

Technical Skills

Who we're looking for:

• 3+ years manual software testing experience, preferably SaaS/web applications
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Expertise in functional, regression, usability, and exploratory testing
• Proficiency with bug tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail)
• SQL knowledge for database validation
• Load testing capabilities
• API testing experience (Postman)
• Cross-browser and responsive testing knowledge
  

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail with end-user perspective
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Adaptability in fast-paced startup environments
• Collaborative mindset with process improvement initiative
  

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

• Test automation knowledge (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
• Performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
• CI/CD pipeline familiarity
• Mobile app testing (iOS/Android)
• Version control systems (Git)
