Role Overview:

We are seeking a QA Engineer with 2+ years of experience to ensure product quality through manual testing and progressively expand into automation. You will test web and mobile apps, validate APIs and backend systems, and collaborate with developers to enhance test coverage and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manual Testing:
• Write and execute test cases for functionality, UI/UX, regression, and compatibility across browsers and devices.
• Automation:
• Develop automated tests using Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Web & Mobile QA:
• Validate responsiveness and performance of web apps (React/Next.js) and mobile apps (iOS/Android).
• API & Backend Testing:
• Test APIs using Postman and check database integrity in MongoDB and SQL.
• Bug Tracking & Collaboration:
• Log issues, reproduce bugs, and work with teams using ClickUp or similar tools.
• Participate in sprint planning and suggest improvements.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of QA experience in web and mobile projects.
• Strong manual testing and test case management.
• API testing (Postman).
• Exposure to automation frameworks like Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
• Familiarity with task management tools like ClickUp or Jira.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation.
• Mobile testing tools like Appium or BrowserStack.
• Performance/security testing knowledge.
• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Firebase, or WordPress.
