Quality Assurance Engineer

Position Overview

• The QA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring product excellence across Yashworld’s software ecosystem. You’ll work closely with our development, design, and DevOps teams to test, analyze, and validate our web and mobile applications.
• Your attention to detail and analytical mindset will help us maintain the highest standards of software performance, security, and usability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
• Perform manual and automated testing to identify bugs, performance issues, and UI inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with developers during sprint cycles to validate new features and ensure smooth releases.
• Conduct API testing, cross-browser, and cross-platform validation.
• Maintain detailed documentation of test results and report issues.
• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with business teams before deployments.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and regression testing.
• Work closely with the DevOps team to ensure CI/CD test integration and release stability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in QA / Software Testing.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in manual testing and familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter, Cypress).
• Good understanding of API testing, SQL queries, and RESTful services.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and passion for delivering high-quality products.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

• Exposure to Jest, Mocha, or other JS-based testing frameworks.
• Experience in testing SaaS-based or ERP platforms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Understanding of performance and load testing tools.
• Knowledge of mobile testing (Android/iOS) using tools like Appium.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
