Quality Assurance Engineer

• Perform manual testing of ClickUp's web application to identify and report defects
• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the product meets quality standards
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the product's usability and functionality
• Document and track software defects and issues
• Investigate and reproduce reported customer issues
• Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest testing methodologies and tools
• Optional: Explore automation testing using Cypress and other relevant tools

ClickUp is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our growing team. As a Quality Engineer at ClickUp, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of ClickUp, our flagship product. You will be responsible for manual testing, with the opportunity to explore automation using tools like Cypress and eventually transition into a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) role.
