Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining robust automated test frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Selenium , API testing , and CI/CD integration , and be capable of ensuring the quality and performance of complex web applications in a fast-paced development environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web and mobile applications. Write and execute test scripts using tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar. Perform API testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or similar tools. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure test coverage and quality goals. Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Analyze and report defects with clear documentation and logs. Contribute to the creation of test plans, test strategies, and QA documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience in automation testing. Strong proficiency in Selenium WebDriver (Java, Python, or JavaScript). Solid understanding of OOP principles, test automation patterns, and framework design. Experience in API testing and working with tools like Postman, SoapUI, or RestAssured. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git). Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA or similar. Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber, Behave). Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling). Experience testing cloud-based applications (AWS, Azure). Exposure to Agile/Scrum development processes. ISTQB certification or equivalent (nice to have).
