We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months of hands-on experience in manual testing, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to ensure product quality by identifying bugs and suggesting improvements. This is a great opportunity for a fresher who is eager to grow their career in Quality Assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing of web, mobile, and software applications.
• Understand project requirements and create test cases, test scenarios, and test data.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and UI testing.
• Identify, log, and track defects/bugs in defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar).
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to resolve issues effectively.
• Document test results and prepare clear test reports.
• Ensure applications meet business requirements and deliver a seamless user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 6 months of practical experience as a Manual Tester/Quality Analyst (internship or project experience included).
• Basic understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
• Familiarity with test case design techniques and defect life cycle.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn automation testing tools in the future (Selenium, Postman, etc.).
