Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Partner with colleges and universities to drive campus recruitment initiatives. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Prepare and extend job offers, including salary discussions and negotiations. Collaborate with HR and business teams to understand staffing requirements. Ensure recruitment practices align with company policies and employment regulations. Qualifications Minimum 2 year of experience in HR Recruitment across domains (IT, Marketing, Operations, etc.). Experience working with HR recruitment firms and hiring for fintech roles will be an added advantage. Proven success in sourcing and hiring top talent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team. Proficiency in recruitment tools and software. Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements. Preferred Skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
