Job Title: Sales Development Representative (Lead Conversion Executive)

Location: Noida sec 3 (Nearest metro station: Noida sec 16)

Employment Type: Full Time

Gender: Female Only

Experience Level: Minimum 1 year in customer handling or sales

We are looking for a Lead Conversion Executive with excellent convincing and communication skills to engage potential customers and convert inquiries into successful transactions. The ideal candidate should be proactive in reaching out to app visitors, understanding their concerns, and guiding them to complete their transactions smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Immediate Follow-up: Call users who visit the app to address inquiries and provide solutions.
  • Lead Conversion: Engage customers who express interest but haven't made a transaction, and persuade them to complete the purchase.
  • Effective Communication: Clearly explain product/service details, resolve customer concerns, and provide compelling reasons to move forward with the transaction.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a strong relationship with potential clients through professional and courteous interaction.
  • Sales Mindset: Apply negotiation tactics and persuasion techniques to close deals efficiently.
  • Data Handling: Keep records of customer interactions, feedback, and reasons for non-conversion to improve future engagement strategies.
  • Target Achievement: Work towards meeting conversion targets set by the company.

Key Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal ability in English Persuasion & Convincing Skills: Ability to influence potential customers and address their concerns effectively.
  • Proactiveness & Responsiveness: Quick decision-making and prompt action for lead engagement within 15 minutes.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using calling software, CRM tools, and other digital platforms to track leads.
  • Customer-centric Approach: Positive attitude toward customers with patience and problem-solving skills.
  • Time Management & Efficiency: Ensure calls are made promptly and responses are handled efficiently to optimize conversion success.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather insights from customers regarding their experience and use the feedback to improve conversion strategies.
  • Handling Objections: Address customer concerns, doubts, or hesitations and provide clear solutions to encourage conversion.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or service-based industries is a plus.
  • Knowledge of basic sales techniques and customer psychology.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
