Quality Analyst (QA)

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting quality inspections and audits to assess compliance with standards. Your main tasks will involve developing and implementing quality control measures and procedures, as well as reviewing and analyzing data to identify trends and patterns related to quality. You will collaborate with teams to address identified quality issues, implement corrective actions, and participate in the development and execution of test plans and test cases. Additionally, providing timely and accurate reports on quality metrics and performance, assisting in the training of team members on quality assurance processes, and contributing to the continuous improvement of quality assurance practices are essential aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct quality inspections and audits - Develop and implement quality control measures and procedures - Review and analyze data to identify quality trends and patterns - Collaborate with teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions - Participate in test plan and test case development and execution - Provide timely and accurate reports on quality metrics - Assist in training team members on quality assurance processes - Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality assurance practices Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT - 4-7 years of relevant experience - Experience in Automation Testing (Selenium) - Exposure to working in Agile and Scrum environments - Prior experience in working on JIRA & Slack - Client handling experience would be an added advantage.
