QC & Operations Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QC & Operations Executive to ensure that all products meet quality standards and to support day-to-day operational activities. This role requires strong analytical skills, a good understanding of quality processes, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business operations.  

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control (QC):

• Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods against defined quality standards.  Conduct product testing, measurements, and validation as per SOPs.
• Document and maintain quality reports, inspection logs, and compliance records.
• Identify quality issues, raise non-conformance reports (NCRs), and coordinate corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
• Work with vendors/suppliers to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
• Support internal and external audits, certifications, and compliance checks.

• Coordinate with production, supply chain, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor daily operations, track progress against targets, and highlight deviations.
• Assist in planning production schedules and resource allocation.
• Maintain and update operational data, reports, and MIS.
• Support procurement and vendor management by ensuring timely deliveries and quality compliance.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of quality control tools, methods, and industry standards.
• Good understanding of operational workflows, supply chain, and production processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities. 
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical/Production Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Quality Control, Operations, or a combined role (manufacturing/production industry preferred).
• Knowledge of ISO standards, Six Sigma, or Lean practices will be an added advantage.
