In this role, you will lead quality assurance efforts across multiple projects, ensuring the delivery of high-performing, reliable, and scalable software solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans. Oversee the test lifecycle, including functional, integration, and regression testing. Manage defect tracking, root cause analysis, and resolution coordination. Provide mentorship to junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Drive process enhancements through innovative testing practices. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including development, data, and business stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes. Required Skills & Experience 3–5 years of hands-on experience in software testing or QA roles, including team leadership. Proven proficiency with test management and bug-tracking tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Confluence, or qTest. Practical experience with test automation tools like Selenium, QTP, or similar. Solid exposure to big data, cloud technologies, data engineering, or analytics – OR experience with reporting/data tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, MicroStrategy, Informatica, or Python. Strong track record of managing testing for complex, data-driven applications. Experience in guiding team members and implementing QA best practices.
